Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis. Morelle Davidson (UK) Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
This website contains links to other websites that are not operated by us and that we have no control over. When using a site that is linked to ours, refer to the Terms & Conditions of that particular website.
2. Content & Intellectual Property
Morelle Davidson (UK) Ltd attempts to present items, descriptions and specifications on this website as accurately as possible. Jewellery descriptions and stone weights stated are approximate. All diamonds are natural and untreated. Most gemstones are treated to enhance their appearance and one should make this assumption unless stated otherwise.
On the website, the items may not appear to scale. Some of the items are purposefully represented in this manner or in part, in order to show the entire item or, alternatively, to draw attention to a particular detail. The image size may vary due to the default settings of your computer monitor. The colour you see may not match the actual colour of the item due to your monitor settings.

3. Terms of Sale
By placing an order in our online shop you agree to purchase products subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Purchasers must be over 18 years old and possess a valid Credit or Debit Card.
a) Contract
We will send you confirmation on receipt of your order. You will receive an Order Processing Confirmation email when the items are ready to be sent, followed shortly by the sales invoice.
b) Currency
We operate a multi-currency online shop that is set to interact with your current location, so when shopping from UK the prices are displayed in GBP, from USA in USD and EEC in EUR. If you are shopping from anywhere else, the default currency is USD. However, if you prefer to shop in a particular currency you may do so at anytime during the shopping process by simply using the pop-up menu options located in the top right-hand corner of the website.
c) Pricing and Availability
Although we ensure that all details, description and prices appearing on the website are accurate and up to date, errors may occur. Should an error occur in relation to your order we will inform you as soon as possible; i.e. if we are unable to supply a particular item, and in the case of a pricing error you will have the option to reconfirm your order or cancel it.
d) Tax Charges
The prices shown on the website include all relevant taxes and duties provided the item is shipped to the UK, EEC or USA only. For all other destinations it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and duties.
e) Payment
We accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard and Amex online. Should you wish, you may also submit your credit card information by phone, fax or email.
Items are not charged for until they are ready for shipment. Goods will only be sent after successfully completing payment. (I.e. There are sufficient funds on the card to cover the purchase.)

f) Order Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours to cancel your online order. For further information, please contact us using the Contact Form or by phone.

4. Shipping and Handling
We ship free of charge as a standard service.
a) Standard Delivery
Once payment has been received and accepted you should receive a Dispatch Confirmation email notifying you that your parcel is on its way and should reach you within 10 working days (subject to Customs clearance where applicable).
b) Express Delivery
If you require a speedier delivery, please advise us when submitting the order and we will recommend the most suitable delivery service. Please note that this method of delivery will incur additional charges.
c) Shipping to a different address
Should your shipping address differ from the billing address of the card being used for payment, we will need a copy of both the front and back of the credit/debit card as well as a copy of a valid photograph ID (either a passport, or driving license) to be sent to us via fax or email. This measure is taken to protect cardholders from fraudulent use of their card.
d) Faulty Items
We only stock goods of the highest standard and maintain them in the best condition. We always thoroughly examine our items before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item, please notify us as promptly as possible. Any faulty item will be either replaced or repaired.
5. Returns
a) Returns Policy
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to a customer's negligence cannot be returned or refunded.
- Custom-made items are not fully refundable; a restocking fee of up to 30% of the transaction value will be charged unless there has been a clear error on our part.
- The original invoice and a Return Authorisation Code must accompany the returned item(s).
- Shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable.
b) Returns Procedure
- Use the Contact Form to contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorisation Code.
- The reply email will include a Return Form and a Return Authorisation Code. Please print and complete the Return Form writing the Return Authorisation Code on the form as well as on the outside of the package.
- Return your item(s) preferably in the original packaging, with the return form and the invoice, fully insured via courier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or Registered Mail). Please keep the tracking number for your records. Please do not write "jewellery/jewelry" or any jewellery related words on the outside of the package.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s) they will be swiftly and thoroughly examined by our experts to verify their condition and authenticity.
- Provided the item(s) is undamaged, a refund will be issued within 10 working days. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one month for the refund to appear on your credit/ debit card statement.
6. Privacy
We strongly believe in customer privacy and security therefore we will treat all of your personal information as highly confidential. We will keep it on an extremely secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable Global Data Protection and consumer legislation. 7. Prohibitions
This website is to be used for legitimate purposes only. It is forbidden to corrupt data, or send and distribute any unsolicited advertising and promotional material (“spam”), or material that is in any way obscene or damaging to other users, post or transmit information or materials that would violate the rights of any third party, or commit and/or encourage any criminal offences. You must not misuse this website, transmit or distribute a virus, or any other material, that would corrupt the functionality or performance of this website and computer facilities of or accessed through this website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether expressed or implied in relation to its accuracy.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
Morelle Davidson (UK) Ltd is not liable for any damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programmes, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or any website linked to it.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the items on sale. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
