About the stock

Will the item meet the description on your web site?
We take good care to be as accurate as possible in our description and photography, but if for any reason you feel it does not fulfil your expectations, you will be able to return the item. Full details can be found in our policies section.
Do you do special commission?
No! We do not do special commission, but we would consider making adjustments from existing designs.
Do you do ring sizing?
No! This would be better done by your local jewellery repair workshop. The size of fingers fluctuate considerably depending on the time of day or by climatic condition (on a hot day your finger would be slightly swollen, as it would first thing in the morning), therefore re-adjustment might be required.
Do you do engraving?
We can do engraving, but once the item is engraved, it cannot be returned. It is therefore in your interest to have the item engraved independently once you are happy with the item you have received.
How do I know if the item is antique or modern?
We pride ourselves on being very clear in our items' descriptions. If we describe an item as Victorian, for example, it is an authentic Victorian piece and NOT in the style of Victorian jewellery. As member of "LAPADA" (The association of Art and Antique Dealers), we have as strict code of practice to which we have to adhere.
Will I be able to return and item if I have found it not to be to my liking?
